Christus Rex Processional Cross Design
This is a design sketch for a Christus Rex processional cross.
The design is inspired by a carving made by Ludwig Kieninger. The proposal is to carve the corpus about 15 inch tall from basswood and finish with a color and technique similar to this carving:
